PTSD

PTSD is an enormous problem in the military, especially with veterans who have been exposed to concussive head injuries in combat, which increase the severity of this disorder. Symptoms include strong and unwanted memories of the event, bad dreams, emotional numbness, intense guilt or worry, angry outbursts, feeling "on edge", and avoiding thoughts and situation that are reminders of the trauma.
